Collection: DB Wax
Once you’ve painted a piece of furniture with chalk paint, it’s time to seal it off with wax.
To do this, you’ll use a stiff bristle brush and work in small sections at a time, applying just a thin coat and wiping over the wax with a soft cloth.
After 24 hours of drying, you may apply a second coat of either clear wax for extra durability or dark wax for a perfectly distressed patina.
Feel free to sand down the paint either before or after applying wax. If desired, you can also burnish the wax once it’s dry to reach a glossier finish.
