Antique Allie does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any product. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Paint, stains, glazes, waxes, sealers, and all prep and finishing products (Dixie Belle, Melange Paints, and all other brands)
  
• Brushes, tools, applicators, and accessories
  
• Transfers, moulds, stencils, and other reDesign with Prima products
  
• Furniture, including all custom, refinished, and made-to-order pieces
  
• Decor and one-of-a-kind items
  
• Sale, clearance, and discounted items
  
• Workshops, classes, and gift cards

Please choose carefully and reach out before ordering if you have any questions about a product. We are always happy to help you pick the right colour, product, or finish for your project just email us or give us a call before you buy.

Colour and finish variation

Paint colours, wood tones, and finishes may appear different on screen than in person due to monitor settings, lighting, and the surface being finished. Variation in appearance is not considered a defect and is not grounds for a return.

Antique furniture and vintage decor are sold as-is. Wear, patina, and minor imperfections are part of the character of these pieces and are not defects.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit, or you receive an item you did not order, contact us within **7 days of delivery** at antique-allie@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging.

We will review each case individually and make it right either by replacing the item or issuing a refund at our discretion. Do not discard the packaging until your claim has been resolved, as the shipping carrier may require it.

Order cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at antique-allie@outlook.com if you need to cancel. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom and made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once work has begun. Deposits on custom work are non-refundable.

In-store purchases

All in-store purchases are also final sale. Please inspect your items before leaving the shop.
